Navigationproblem provides technical logistics consultancy services, including but not limited to supply chain bottleneck analysis, route efficiency optimization, marine shipping delay diagnostics, spatial transport data analysis, harbor and warehouse congestion evaluation, and implementation of advanced routing algorithms. Our services are delivered to large-scale distribution companies and freight operators.
Clients agree to provide accurate and timely operational data, including shipping schedules, warehouse inventory levels, and route logs. Clients must ensure they have the legal authority to share such data. Failure to provide complete or accurate information may limit the effectiveness of our analysis and recommendations.
Navigationproblem acts as an advisor and does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to exact percentage reductions in delays, fuel savings, or throughput increases. Our recommendations are based on available data and industry-standard methodologies. We are not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure, third-party actions, or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
All reports, algorithms, models, and analyses developed by Navigationproblem remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their internal operations. No part of our proprietary methodology may be redistributed or sublicensed without prior written consent.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. In the event of a material breach by either party, the non-breaching party may terminate immediately. Upon termination, the client must pay for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination. Confidentiality and intellectual property obligations survive termination.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Navigationproblem is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.
