Scope of analysis. All congestion metrics, route simulations, and delay projections are based on spatial transport data available at the time of engagement. Actual port, harbor, or warehouse conditions may vary due to weather, labor actions, or unforeseen regulatory changes. Navigationproblem does not guarantee specific percentage reductions in wait times or fuel use; reported outcomes (e.g., 18% reduction in waiting times) reflect measured results from specific client engagements and are not a guarantee of future performance.
Data sources and accuracy. Our routing algorithms and bottleneck assessments rely on third-party data feeds, including AIS vessel tracking, terminal gate activity reports, and public customs queue estimates. While we validate and cross-reference these sources, Navigationproblem cannot be held liable for inaccuracies introduced by upstream data providers. Clients are encouraged to verify critical metrics with their own operational data before making strategic decisions.
Implementation dependencies. Recommendations for warehouse layout redesign, dynamic slotting, or rerouting strategies assume client cooperation in implementing changes within agreed timelines. Delays in client-side execution, infrastructure limitations, or incompatible IT systems may affect the outcomes described in our proposals or case studies. Navigationproblem’s liability is limited to the professional fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to a claim.
Cross-border considerations. Route efficiency solutions for international freight corridors (e.g., Eastern Europe, Balkan routes) are subject to border checkpoint operating hours, customs inspection rates, and local road conditions that may change without notice. Our algorithms incorporate real-time queue data, but Navigationproblem does not assume responsibility for delays caused by sovereign border policies, political disruptions, or force majeure events.
Intellectual property. All analytical models, routing engines, spatial layout plans, and proprietary methodologies developed by Navigationproblem remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use the deliverables for their internal operations only. Redistribution, resale, or reverse engineering of our tools or algorithms is prohibited without explicit written consent.
Limitation of liability. In no event shall Navigationproblem be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our consulting services or recommendations, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or increased operational costs. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
